Hall Rental includes use of ONE-THIRD OF THE REFRIGERATOR. USE OF THE STOVE OR OTHER KITCHEN EQUIPMENT OR SUPPLIES IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.
The Deposit outlined above must be made to Reva Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company on the signing of this Agreement. If the scheduled event is hereafter cancelled by the undersigned, or outlined terms and conditions are not met, the said Deposit shall not be refunded. Hall rental conditions must be strictly adhered to:

v FURNITURE MUST BE REPOSITIONED PROPERLY (AS FOUND)
v NO PARKING ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED “RESERVED” SPACES
v TABLE TOPS MUST BE WIPED DOWN AND/OR WASHED, AS NEEDED
v FLOORS MUST BE SWEPT/WET MOPPED (WITH COLD WATER)
v NO TAMPERING WITH HEAT/AIR CONDITIONING THERMOSTAT
v NO SITTING ON COUNTER AND/OR TABLE TOPS
v NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO USE, MOVE, OR PLACE ANY OBJECTS UPON THE BINGO EQUIPMENT
v DECORATIONS ARE NOT TO BE ATTACHED TO WALLS, WINDOWS, DOORS, ETC.
v DECORATIONS MAY NOT HANG LOWER THAN 3 FEET FROM THE CEILING, AND MAY ONLY BE SUSPENDED FROM THE CEILING WITH THE HOOKS PROVIDED BY REVA
v CEILING GRIDS OR TILES MAY NOT BE DISTURBED
v ALL DECORATIONS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE PREMISES COMMITTEE
v NO TRASH IS TO BE LEFT ON THE GROUNDS OR IN THE PARKING LOT
v NO OPEN FLAME CANDLES PERMITTED
v STOVE, GRILL, DEEP FRYER, DISHWASHER, AND COFFEE MAKER ARE NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL AND ARE NOT TO BE USED
v HALL WILL BE OPENED AND CLOSED ON THE DAY AND TIMES LISTED ON THIS AGREEMENT

DAILY RENTAL RATE STARTS AT 6:00 A.M. AND ENDS AT 12:00 A.M. EACH CALENDAR DAY.
Hourly Hall rental Deposit will be waived if daily rental Deposit is on file. Hourly rate is charged from the time the building is opened until the building is closed. It is the Lessee’s responsibility to coordinate, in advance, to allow inspection of the premises and closure of the building. Multiple hourly rentals in any 24 hour period are not permitted. Use of the tables and chairs is included with the Hall rental. Minimum hourly Hall rental requirement is waived if the Hall is rented in conjunction with a daily rate renter. The Hall is rented in full hour increments only; no fractional hourly rental is provided for.
Hourly Hall rental may be available on the evening prior to the daily Hall rental, for decorating or set-up purposes, provided the Hall is not previously in use. Hourly Hall rental is in addition to, and not included in the daily rental rate. Payment for hourly Hall rental is due immediately after the rental. Payment for the daily hall rental is due and payable in full two weeks prior to the scheduled event.
All rental payments (personal checks) must clear the bank before the Deposit is returned. Returned checks not honored for any reason will forfeit the Deposit, and the full amount of the rental will still be due and payable.
CHOICE OF VENUE: If there is a lawsuit, Lessee agrees, upon Lessor’s request, to submit to the jurisdiction or the applicable courts for CULPEPER COUNTY, Commonwealth of Virginia.
CONFESSION: Upon a default in payment of this lease, whether by acceleration or otherwise, Lessee hereby irrevocably authorizes and empowers Scolforo & Barlow, as attorney-in-fact, to appear in the CULPEPER COUNTY Clerk’s Office, and to confess judgment against Borrower for the unpaid amount of this lease, as evidenced by an affidavit signed by an Officer of Lessor, setting forth the amount then due, attorneys’ fees plus costs of suit, and to release all errors, and waive all right of appeal. If a copy of this lease, verified by an affidavit, shall have been filed in the proceeding, it will not be necessary to file the original as a warrant of exercise of the foregoing warrant and power to confess judgment will be deemed to exhaust the power, whether or not any such exercise shall be held by any court to be invalid, voidable, or void; but the power will continue undiminished and may be exercised from time to time, as Lessor may elect, until all amounts owing on this lease have been paid in full.
In consideration of the leasing of the Hall by Reva Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company, Inc. to the undersigned, the undersigned hereby acknowledges that he/she understands and agrees to the above terms, and releases, acquits, and forever discharges the Reva Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company, Inc., its officers, directors, agents, members, servants and employees (collectively the “Reva Fire & Rescue Parties”) from any and all suits, actions, compensation, consequential damages, punitive damages, or any other thing whatsoever on account of, or in any way growing out of, any and all property damage, personal injuries, illness, death, or any other thing resulting or to result from any occurrence or accident that may happen as a result of or arise out of leasing or use of the described premises by the Lessee.
The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Reva Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company, Inc. and members against such claims brought by any person or entity.
EVERYONE MUST BE OUT OF THE BUILDING BY 12:00 MIDNIGHT -- NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
